Our Ethos

Our approach is holistic, advising on nutritional aspects of wellbeing with the benefits of exercise and healthy living. What is your fitness goal? We will help you to achieve it.

More than a gym

We collaborate with the CRFC with caterer to offer a meal prep service. External speakers are also be invited to the gym to present in seminars sharing their expertise with participants.

The CTB Group Programme

Focused group classes for those who want to push themselves to reach their exercise goals in a safe and supervised environment.

The Team

Run by two CRFC senior team rugby players and a highly experienced sports massage therapist, CT will be offering strength and conditioning programmes that will suit your fitness goals.

Our Memberships

At CT Barbell, we run a variety of memberships ranging from the simple gym access to bespoke individual programming. Through these different memberships we try to cater for everyone’s needs, should you have any questions about any of these plans please feel free to contact us, one of our coaches will get back to you as soon as they can.

Whether in a group or just training alone, there is always a great atmosphere with everyone being really nice and friendly but also working hard. As well as this the gym is very well equipped meaning you never have to wait for a squat rack or pull up bar.

I've been attending the group PT sessions for a few weeks now and have been really getting into it. Make no mistake these guys work you hard but they are really friendly and super knowledgeable and although it's a group session they still make it feel tailored to you individually. I had been working with one of the PTs on an individual basis and wasn't sure how I would find the transition to group work but it's been no issue at all, a great way to meet people and I'm really enjoying the journey. All of the other people on the group sessions I have met so far have been super nice too. Really recommend joining up to this.
